I don't like the front desk process. Nobody is there. You have to call a number and they don't come right away. Also they lied and said there no rooms available when I was trying to check in early. They are trying to be cheap with service and the price of the hotel is no cheaper than hotels with front desk people. I will not be returning to these cheapos.

i recommend this place my friends :) We had a conference in Boca Raton and when trying to find a place to stay, i saw this hotel. pros: best manager! Mr. Austin is very helpful and very pleasant. He is the type of manager that you want to have in every hotel you will stay. the smile in his face makes the whole stay great! the hotel itself is good and the staff are great! check in was easy. however if you will be checking in after 11 pm make sure you will coordinate with them so they can guide you what toa do. cons: this hote... read more
