semi s Some good and some bad customer service rep, however after been locked out of my room for about 45-1hr due to key pad batteries dead. They became more accomodating to ensure that I had a pleasant staff, just to say some people have customer service skills and some do not. Hotel is safe and clean, however getting fresh linens seem to be a problem and there is no daily room cleaning. I believe they do this once every two weeks.

Clean, Nice Hotel Hotel was clean and well kept. Hotel was supposed to be secure, but there did not seem to be much staff on duty over the weekend and the doors were propped open by other guests. Amenitys such as coffee makers and dishes in the rooms are at an extra cost that we were not aware of at booking. An inconvenience but not so much that it would keep us from rebooking again.

Perfect weekend stay Great stay. Stayed for a Golf Tournement. Hotel service was nice and not a bad location at all. The room was better than I expected. Very clean and well taken care of. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

I arrive late. No one was there. I dialed their service and she said it would be 30 minutes before I could check in. So I just left.

I had better but it could really use a good service of pest control inside the rooms and I feel that I was overcharged when I paid online I still had to pay a deposit upfront
