Had no towels in the room the maid stole my phone I left it by mistake after check out an she would not give it back until I contacted police people hanging around outside trying to sell me an my children drugs

they put me in a room that was never cleaned! never said sorry or apologize, just told me "i'm going to go check it as if i was lying" tried to tell me didn't have other rooms, but found me out of no where.

The room was dirty, we found five cockroaches, sticky floors, toilet didn’t work right had to call maintenance several times. We left a day early because we couldn’t stand the cockroaches we kept finding. Room was smelly, we had to buy our own hand towels and we paid a lot of money for the room!!! We will never stay here again!!!

Extended one week but had to leave one day earlier and Extended Stay changed the price and instead of give me a one today credit they charged $80.00 more an haven’t received my $100.00 deposit

Property had roaches and was in bad disrepair. Surroundings are very sketch; the convenience of the “kitchenette” is useless because you can’t anything in the mini microwave- no dishes or anything.
