Over night stay Would have been better if there were soap, shampoo and toilet paper. The facility needs a little. TLC but overall not bad.

Room clean and quite acceptable. Outside and stairs were dirty with lots of trash with grease stains. A clean up would have helped, as well as a power wash.
Decent place for the price. I attended a weekend Leadership Conference and just needed a place to sleep. It satisfied my needs. If I were to stay a week and wanted to explore the neighborhood, I would not stay here. It was mostly a commercial neighborhood.
