Poor choice near Chattanooga Airport The hotel is virtually impossible to find, including a stretch on a residential street in order to get to the access street and no signage on any of the streets. I stayed on the third floor, with no elevator. The office was also located on the first floor with no signs at all - I found it just by wandering the hallway. The air conditioner in the room was fine, but had not been cleaned and had a strong mold smell.

Unbelievably horrible rooms... The hotel rooms had strong bad smell and the bed was horrible. It had no cleaned sheets and blankets. You could clearly see hairs on the bed sheet. The bathroom did not have shampoo and lotion bottles which you find it in non-franchise motels. Overall very disappointing experience.

Disappointing Stay The online photos make this look like a nice place to stay and being an "extended stay" hotel, I expected more. Unless you are staying for a week or so, you have to take your towels to the front desk for clean ones. I learned during check-out that hair dryers are available but you have to ask the front desk for them. (I thought by now, hair dryers were standard issue in all rooms!). Decent for only overnight. My first room was not finished. 2nd room ok. No hot water was bad.

Close to where I needed to be I was looking for a cheap room close to where I needed to be for an early start on Saturday. For those reasons this hotel worked out for me. I will not stay here again however, although not far in miles from where I needed to be, this hotel seemed to be in a questionable neighborhood. The a/c unit seemed to spray out some kind of black ashy substance that coated the chair sittin next to it. Room The room was adequate, however, it was noisy. It was on the highway. The reception was adequate that evening could have been better. I was thankful for the room.

It was awful, except for a sweet desk clerk named Crystal and an understanding manager named, Jeremy. The place was full of scary looking people; smelled like smoke; I did not feel safe; was unsure of cleanliness of room. Will never stay there again.
