Don't do it, not worth the money! Mold in shower, housekeeping slamming doors and talking outside of room, housekeeping knocking on door on a checkout day for no reason, extremely rude desk associate on checkout, uncomfortable bed. All in all, worst hotel ever stayed at.

Whats That Smell The room smelled like cat urine and the bed was wet from what seemed like house keeping poured a whole bottle of cleaner on it

Refund I never stayed at the hotel. I tried to get a refund from hotels.com but I was constantly put on hold. Never got my money back. I never checked in because the room I booked wasn't even available!

A disaster. Dirty, rundown, outdated, with a terrible smell. On the upside, staff was pleasant enough when I cancelled my reservation and booked it out of there.

better to look for a different hotel ... i am forced to stay, with my 2 infants, in a smoking room even though i requested for a non smoking room. the worst part is when i complained about this to front desk, they said you cannot expect a non smoking room here and you should have tried a different hotel. and even hotels.com didnt come for a rescue when i requested for a hotel change.

Terible location Room smells like smoke was supposed to be non smoking room!! Cant sleep for water pipes banging in the walls, carpet dirty, curtians tore and repaired with duct tape!! Over all very bad hotell and way over priced! But no refunds this must be the reason

not a good place to be only British size single beds despite expecting 2 doubles. Furniture old & badly worn & knocked. Beds very uncomfortable. £ floors, no lift so had to have a ground floor room. We were in an industrial are, looked out after one loud bang at 2 am & people wandering around car park. Vehicles & people coming & going throughout the night. But staff very good

Dingy! I didn't have high hopes, but I didn't expect it to be as bad as it was... dirty, dirty, dirty... My advice is to not touch anything... the door appeared to have some type of sticky mess thrown all over it... same with the TV... don't want to guess what it was.. we killed a bug on the bed, the bathroom nasty, and the linens could not have been clean, they were completely wrinkled.
