Late night Travel It's conveneience to the airport was my main reason for booking the hotel. Upon my arrival, the picture on hotels.com is much nicer than the accommodations. The room was small, had a foul/unclean odor about it and there was a hair on my pillow case. The pillows themselves were both stained- to the point where I didn't sleep with one and slept under the covers with my clothes ON ! On top of that the toilet continuously flowed all night long. Won't be stayting there agin ................ guranteed.

Rooms provided did not match reservation , telephone outside the office did not work .Service was poor . Lamps in one room did not work . Entryways need to be cleaned. All in all a slipshod operation .

Not what I expected :( I stayed here to be close to the airport for my flight the next day. The location was was out-of-the-way, with no restaurants nearby, and backs to a highway. Bunch of loud guys were standing on the 2nd floor talking. I asked the staff for a room away from them, but was given a room right next door...? I asked if there was a shuttle to the airport and was given the business card of a taxi driver staying at the hotel. The building looks fine from afar, but close up it needs refreshing. very disappointed Was very disappointed. The hotel was overbooked the beds were not comfortable. I will not stay here again. The price and convenience was good but I will pay the extra fees next time.

Not Going Back. The hotel is poorly maintained, no amenities and no customer service. Our reservation was for 2 adults, but when we got to our room there was only one towel. So we asked for more, but we were told to pick them up from the front desk. There were no toiletries, and even the toilet paper was a half roll. Not what expected Hotel was very hard to find. Carpet in the rooms are sticky you dont want to take of your shoes, bathroom toilet seat was not cleaned still had some urine when you raised the seat, bed not comfy at all with just one pillow thats was hard as rock. This extended stay was nothing like what Im used to. It needs some serious work inside and out. Dissapointed

Did not look like much The hotel either was going renovations our was hit by a tornado. The room looked clean but I was concerned about bed bugs. Slept with my cloth on. Did not remove the blankets. I did not have any big bites the next day, so I guess there were none. The front clerk was not too helpful and disappeared for long periods; too long to be helpful.

Room did not include any hangers. General condition was a bit tired and old. No elevators, stayed on 3rd floor. Location is a bit difficult to find.
