customer the room had a very bad order i advised the front desk said would spray in about 10minutes but it took about sometime after 30 minutes i had already left went to wal-mart bought lysol when i return they did spray freeze-bee i can smell they did that but i should have not walk into a hotel room smelling like that it was bad smell. but the front desk people was very nice love their spirit customer service

Bad Experience We were not satisfied at all with our stay. Thank goodness it was only for one night. The hotel is located in a poorly lit industrial area. Just when you think you are lost....you're there! Too remote for our liking. The pillows were filled with nothing but air and the water pipes located behind our headboard clanged all night long. We awoke the next morning more tired than when we went to bed.

Extended Stay America Chattanooga – Airport I just want to inform you of the substandard services at this location. I tried for over an hour to connect to the WIFI services to no avail. I am thankful that I am only staying here for one night. The staff at the front desk was no help and one time when I called the front desk, nobody answered and it was only 08:45pm. Off The Beaten Track The property's location is an obscure corner near a mobile home court. It seemed odd that anyone would put a hotel there. Not for the faint of heart.

ESA Chattanooga There was trash under the furniture that had not been vacuumed and also empty 12-pack boxes in the cabinet. Worst of all, the sheets were not clean. It was cheap compared to other hotels in the area. However, cheap is no excuse for dirty sheets.

No pillows? At check in I requested an extra pillow, and was told they are not available, kitchen only stocked with a single set of silverware, and had to share counter with ants.
