Not good! This hotel was dirty! The carpet was dirty & all stained. There was no smoke detector (just the wires) in the 1st nights room. There was black mold growing in the tub & hair also in the tub. It was a smoking room, but no ashtray in the room, There were ants on the kitchen counter & bugs on the floor. I'll bypass this hotel in the future.

Bugs, spiders, not what I'm used to at this locati The staff at front desk was nice and helpful gave me my refund but the room had bugs in the bed, spiders on the wall and different types of insects in the room. Maybe being on the lower level of the floor plus really bad rain storm made every insect crawl through the door because the very bottom of the main front door was not sealed it was wide open. Please bring this place back to the level of cleanliness and quality it used to have.

This place is awful The location is so off the road and back up on a dead end. The staff member we encountered was unpleasant and not helpful at all. The condition of the room was very disappointing. Will never stay here again.

Poor conditions and poor service Unfortunately, this is the worst Extended Stay America hotel that I have encountered to date. The outside of this Extended Stay America looks great, but the inside, the room I was in, 116, was the opposite. The condition of the bathroom was poor. The toilet would run repeatedly through the night. Stains on the bathroom walls/ceiling and the tub was nasty looking. Run Down Hotel The hotel is very old and outdated. The rooms smell musty. No hair dryers in the room. Breakfast was instant oatmeal. There was no attendant at the hotel after 10pm. There were fights in the parking lot around midnight and no one to ensure the hotel was safe.

Poor Experience The toilet base was loose and leaked out on the bathroom floor. The furniture was scarred and scraped. Carpet looked dirty.

Horrible... First room was not done, second room AC unit was out, third room had a fist size hole on the bathroom door. They moved me from room to room. Hotel is in very poor shape. Place is extremely hard to find and only a few steps from the hwy, lots of noise. Would not recommend this hotel, not a very good place to stay....

Stopped on the drive home from vacation The hotel booking was for a room with 2 single beds in a non-smoking room. We arrived and found out the room we booked was still occupied by someone else. We were left with a smoking room. Not only did the room have the nauseating smell of smoke, but the chair had major stain on the seat, the bed sheets were stained, the bottom of the bathroom door was deteriorating and breaking apart and the adjacent rooms had pets in them.
