I can't imagine anyone saying anything bad. Friendly staff clean in all area. This will be my go to hotel from now on The bed slept so good i promised i woke up stressed free.
Price was good. Access to room easy

Customer service At the time a check in the front Dess lady was very rude told me several times that the other people must not have been doing their job instead if I didn’t like it I could find somewhere else to go. The rooms were clean and comfortable the basic room as expected everything was fine for that matter. Only good thing is close to Chattanooga airport.. It was decent however there was no breakfast but a continental only. Front desk could not find envelope for key, and key would not unlock .. had to get them to open door. There was roach near bed and kept me up worried.. the only good thing was convenient to airport but no shuttle .. when less than 5 mins away. Most hotels I have reserved last two times are poorly run and priced about the same .. not sure if being member has any benefits at this point.

If you need somewhere to spend the night This place was as basic as it gets. Because of COVID, there was nothing in the room, not even a coffee pot. You had to dump your own garbage and the grounds has cigarette butts all over. Not somewhere I would choose to stay again. The staff was accommodating and friendly though. The property needs major work!
