Room was clean, staff very friendly. Customers walking around with their animals was very nice. No ice machine or lobby to buy things other than that. We had a great stay. A/c was cold

The staff was courteous (once I contacted them) and the place was clean and quiet, even if a little old. There was a problem checking in, though, in that I arrived after midnight and the office closed at 11pm. There was a phone around the corner of the building for calling the office, but this was not obvious--no sign telling what to do for late arrivals. Not a bad place, just nothing special, good value if you didn’t pay much for it. “Continental Breakfast” that website said was available beginning at 6am actually not available until 8 am consisted of a small nutrigrain bar.

I liked Pam and her staff for speedy hospitality service!
They should include that they hold deposits on Internet, Then the guy in the office walked out while I was about to walk in and had me waiting, Then told me he didn't think they had any clean room but on the 3rd floor with no elevator bc I've already paid in advance he told me to lookup who I booked with and they can find me a room, I have never had such bad service when checking in and I will never stay there again

Stayed overnight for a bed. Staff was nice. Room could have been better but it was affordable and just what we neeeded.
