Smokers room was offered at first. I refused and was given another room.
I can't imagine anyone saying anything bad. Friendly staff clean in all area. This will be my go to hotel from now on The bed slept so good i promised i woke up stressed free.
Price was good. Access to room easy
Customer service At the time a check in the front Dess lady was very rude told me several times that the other people must not have been doing their job instead if I didn’t like it I could find somewhere else to go. The rooms were clean and comfortable the basic room as expected everything was fine for that matter. I then found out there was not a remote control for the TV and no microwave available in the room when I went to the front desk again the lady could not help me she said there wasn’t any extra remotes I would have... read more
