Good for the price Hotel was ok for the great price. Our room had a full kitchen. Our room was overall clean but the ice trays in the freezer were not previously cleaned. Overall... An okay hotel.

Quite OK, easy access for work purposes Good location for work in Downers Grove. Friendly, helpful staff. Basic item or two at a "grab and go" breakfast spread. Rooms don't get made up more than once a week - keep in mind if you'll be there for several nights.

Checkout The Time of Checkout It was a comfortable experience overall. The room was clean and the bedding appeared laundered. Don't expect much help from the front desk after midnight. There was no one there, just a sign say they were helping someone else. That help lasted past 1:30am. The bath tub wasn't at it's cleanest. Excellent value and very clean. All of the staff members that I interacted with where very courteous and professional. Especially the gentleman who checked us in (sorry that I don't remember his name). He informed us of everything we needed to know during our stay and was able to remain calm and professional despite a line of guests awaiting his attention.
