Picked this to be close to family but won’t stay again. Heard every patter of toddler above running around all night. Kitchenette had microwave but no coffee maker. Guests with dogs let them pee on hall carpets!

Disappointed with Service The room was clean, but on the last night of my stay, I found a roach in the bath tub. That spoiled everything. Also, the check in process was TERRIBLE. No one was working the desk when I arrived even though I called in advance to let the front desk know that my flight was delayed. I waited somewhere between 30 and 45 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check me in. I called the phone listed on the reservation 4 times, but no one helped me. That's ridiculous!

Location is convenient and clean. I didn't like that there was no staff at front desk in the evening. I usually do late check in because I MC at clubs but had to check in before heading to the venue because there was no late check in. I probably will not stay here again.

My room had a very strange smell, which is the first time I had to do an issue like that, but the smell was a kind that no matter how much I sprayed it wouldn't go away. The room is clean the hallway by my room had Cheetos that was there for about a day, also I asked for an extra day which I paid for but there was an issue with the computer and the housekeeper was trying to get in to clean my room which I found it very strange.
