It was quite but the hallway smelled like cigarettes smoke.

I could control the temperature of my room. My room also came with a bathtub, a refrigerator and a microwave.

Serves the purpose Had bugs in the room initially but once those were eliminated nothing else was seen. Quiet and convenient location for where I was working but not much around especially being reasonable to walk to.
