Lights would not turn on, got locked out the room twice due to room key not working, did not offer fresh towels everyday

Everything was good. Only downside was holes in the blankets and the maid. She knocked on our dorr at 1020 am. When I told her we weren't ready to leave yet, she wouldn't leave and just kept asking if we extended our stay and were staying over again. I told her check out is at 11 and she just kept asking if we were staying over and I just closed the door on her.
