Bed way very uncomfortable. Felt like something kept poking me. And pillows were way way too soft.

The hotel was clean, the room nice, and the staff very pleasant. It did not have a fitness center (I specifically asked on the phone) nor did it have breakfast (as advertised on the Orbitz website).
