Excellent staff and facility. During our stay over New Year's Eve, Julie was particularly friendly and helpful in helping us to find our room and obtain the necessary appliances for our personal comfort.
Pleased Pleasantly pleased with the hotel. Staff gracious and room was warm, clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. A bit difficult to get into parking lot because of the road configuration, but not hotel's fault.
Clean accommodations for the price. Would have liked more amenities. One bar soap. Period.
Neat and relaxing stay initially i booked a non smoking room with king size bed. At checkin they didn't have the room so they upgraded me to a double bed room without charging me extra. Was happy with the service and ease.

Nice hotel for your $$$ The hotel is super nice but your front services especially early mornings can be annoying. You ring the bell and no one answers but you call the phone and someone answers. I guess you can relate to that!
Fine for One Night I needed an inexpensive hotel in the area of Hanover Park for an overnight stay. This hotel did serve the purpose. The room was clean and well-furnished, although I was advised at check-in that all the dishes had been removed from the kitchenette. (I didn't need these anyway). It was a Saturday night stay, and there were some families with children there. They were a little noisy before midnight (soundproofing is not the greatest). But overall, I slept fine. Bed was great.
