used to be better use to better. no shampoo and conditioner was abailable. I am wondering if i use again.

we had to get our own dishes. There was still stuff in the refrigerator when we arrived.people rudely violated my Do Not Disturb sign

Wrong room Key I received was for the incorrect room. I walked in on two other guests engaging in unspeakable activities. I hope no other patrons are unfortunate enough to experience what I was exposed to.
Move on - Like we did The entire hotel as an strong odd smell. Checked into our non-smoking room and it reeked of cigar smoke plus the curtain was falling down. We moved to a different room. Still the odd smell but we stayed. Turns out all kitchen equipment - including a basic coffee pot - has to be requested so we were sol for coffee or tea in the morning. Next night we came back and were locked out. Back downstairs and the clerk said we were not checked into that room. Really? Why not open the door and see all our clothes ... read more
Smokers Paradise We requested a no smoking room and were on a smoking floor. All of our clothes reek of smoke as we returned home!

The attendant at Extended Stay America, Laura, was horrible. She tried to con us into purchasing the room from her instead of hotels.com, saying that $95 a night was the best we'd find, when we clearly told her it was offered for $60 a night on the website. She also went on to say that if we booked through hotels.com, it would take 30 minutes to process. What a lie! Thank goodness for the friendly staff from hotels.com answering service.
