The good, bad and the ugly. The room I reserved was neat, however it smelled really bad. Upon calling the front desk, I was told that I would have to pay more for another room, some time later I was offered another room which didn't smell. Staff was good but the experience wasn't.
Not impressed at all I was very displeased with the customer service at this hotel.
Business related stay It was late when I arrived and just planned on getting some rest. Imagine my surprise when I went to put a couple of pops in the fridge and found the previous occupants items still there ( half full pop, food, etc.) Same for the freezer (half eaten ice cream). The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, calling me in the room after I received a 9 page fax from work, but I would not stay there again.
