Will never stay again I booked a queen smoking room as this was a choice given upon booking with Expedia however when I got there I was given a non-smoking room as they do not guarantee it. I even showed my reservation to show that I had specifically reserved a smoking room and that the room was guaranteed until midnight on arrival. Horrible and dirty This hotel is overpriced. Hallways are filthy. Room is not same as pictures. It is dirty and smelly. A/C was slow and took forever to cool. I had awful experience. The room maybe ok for one to find a place to sleep. But it is very expensive.

Not worth the cost... The bed was terribly hard, the pillows were almost nonexistent, and the room didn't smell clean. They have smoking and nonsmoking on the same floor, sharing a hall....the smell saturates everything. You can hear everything going on outside your room and they don't have a wakeup call service? I called for one and was told "You need to learn to use your alarm clock!"

Ants We had ants in the room and the front desk said they were aware of the problem and then still rented the room. I did not discover this till i work up with them on me and in my cloths.

A NIGHTMARE OVER CHRISTMAS Recently stayed at the Extended Stay America in Hanover Park, IL. Wow.. talk about absolutly awful! The room was filthy (huge stain in the middle of the carpet in the room, bathroom was filty etc) and on christmas eve night we returned to find that the key card for the room (this happened twice) did not work. Stood in the hallway for over an hour waiting for someone to let us in. Trouble living conditions My wife and I was very disappoint of the state of the conditions of the hotel. Although we paid for the room, we left and found other accomondations for the weekend. We lost our money but we couldn't stay in the filth. I used expedia numerous time. Never have had this issue. A refund would be nice

Happy to only stay one night The room was clean. The carpet in the hall and elevators were soiled. They also smelled like smoke. The front desk service was slow. I checked in at about 4:00 and he had to go and see if the room had been cleaned, while I stood and waited. I was also asked a lot of questions; my phone number, my e-mail and so on. Usually when I check into hotels with a prepaid stay it is very few questions and a quick and simple check in.
