Worst nightmare of a hotel I've ever experienced. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel in my entire life and I have stayed at thousands of hotels for both business and personal needs. Here are just a few of the issues. - Called me at the airport 1 hour before the flight and said they booked the room so I don't have my room. Horrible The room only had 30 channels and I woke up to a dresser full of Ants crawling all on my stuff

Hotel had a dog smell that met me at thedoor. It was stronger n y room. The th carpet needed deep cleaning of removal. Thank God for houseshoes. Bathroom was small. The rm had not been properly cleaned. I found tobacco and receipt from August 3,2018. Breakfast was muffins with coffee and hot chocolate but no not water. Elevator didn't work and I was on 3rd floor. Hotel NOT worth money

A kitchenette with no pots or pans is not a kitchenette. Having to request those items at a front desk seems unnatural. I won’t be staying at an extended stay America again if this is the standard.

Never recommend this to my family & friends Don’t stay here if you are coming with your family & booking thru Hotels.com or Expedia. Horrible front desk, they will accept and let you check in , with whatever price has given by hotels.com or Expedia , later they will cancel your key entry and demand more money for the room and says the room price keep changes
