Second hand smoke! Every room has a non smoking sign next to the door yet all you can smell is smoke! I had to open the windows and keep the heater running non stop just to mitigate the smoke. I held my breath walking into the hall as it wreaked of smoke. Actually attempted alternate routes to my room but every floor was the same. Awful experience. No dishes in the room either. Just an uncomfortable experience overall. On top of that they are doing major construction on the road in front of the hotel. I will not be returning... read more

0/10 Would never recommended, the older guy who helped me check in was EXTREMELY rude. This hotel does not listen to their customers, such a disappointment.

I reserved two beds in one room, when I gets there at the night they didn't have it. I wasn't happy about it.

Thanks, but no thanks. The whole floor we stayed on smelled like marajuana. The room was supposed to have plates, cups, etc. It had 1 plastic wrapped cup and we had to ask for extras. We opened a dresser drawer and discovered someone else had left their bra, underwear, tights and tank top in there, so it obviously wasn't cleaned properly. The location seemed a little sketchy as well. We were a little worried about our safety. Definitely won't be going back.

Highly disappointed The staff member Edna was very rude and did not have a good sense of customer service or just how to talk politely to them. I will not be coming back to this location in Hanover park on Lake Street again due to the staff member Edna

Smokey I've stayed at several Extended Stay hotels and they are usually very good. This was the exception. Although my room was nonsmoking the entire floor wreaked of cigarettes. That smell creeps into the room. It was aweful. I needed to do laundry but there was no soap left (was refunded by the front desk). Otherwise the hotel was nice. Too bad about the smoke.

Loud and Smokey The old refrigerator in the room was so loud that every time it came on it woke us up. The walls are so thin, we could hear the conversation of the people in the next room, and the room above us, and they were not speaking that loudly, we could also hear their TV and then in the middle of the night, we could hear something that we didn't want to hear, along with our bed shaking from the activity happening in the next room.
