HORRIBLE When I arrived at 2:30 pm, no one was at the front desk, then she asked if I'd come back after check in at 3 because no rooms were ready, the carpet in hallway was stained and horrible, the beds were both warped and hard, the non smoking room smelled like smoke, the kitchen towels were dirty and after hours assistance is hard because the front desk closes completely down and the front doors are locked. This was the worse extended stay ever. There was no couch or living area. Do not go to this room......

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT Do not stay here if you can help it. Bad experience. The sheets and pillows were not clean and had other people's hair on them still. No shampoo, only two small bars of soap. I was in a non-smoking room, yet could smell smoke very strongly coming through the vent in the bathroom. Internet is terribly slow and they make you pay extra for speeds up to 3Meg/S which is ridiculous. There were bugs in my room; I saw at least one spider and some unidentified smaller black bugs. Lisle Extended Stay Hotel Would never stay there again. Reserved a non-smoking room and when I arrived at 11:30 pm, they did not have any with the front desk clerk disputing that I had made such a reservation. After proving to her I did, she state it was not her fault. I told her it was as she gave away my room since she did not think I was going to make it, but since I had prepaid, she thought she would make double for my room, my prepayment and the current occupant. bad experience 1- Arriving to the hotel: The lights of the sign were off, so it was hard for someone like me who's not familiar with the area to locate the hotel from across the street close let alone from a mile or two. Bare Bones Extended Stay Very disappointed with this hotel. There was not even an ice machine in the building, nor a vending machine. We were told to drive down the street to a gas station to buy a bag of ice so we can have a cold beverage. Very poor service. We would never book another hotel with this chain.
