Just below average Brief one-night stay. Friendly staff, below average rooms.

The room television set is and old 13 tv that no one uses anymore. Our coffe pot had a dirty old bag full of wet coffe inside. The pillows are hard and chip. When we asked for a room on the first floor it was denied on no basics. Simply managements is in charge of the rooms and they are not here. That was the response we got. There was a " fire in the hotel and we never receive an opology for the inconvenience of having to leave our room in the middle if a very cold 12 degree temperature.

You Get What You Pay For The bed felt like sleeping on a piece of plywood. The entire first night and second day of my 4 day stay there was an alarm going off the entire time in the storage room directly below my room and was finally shut off only after I roamed the halls on all three floors to find the source of the noise and went to the front desk about it. Toilet didnt flush Not a pleasent stay. I called the day before and asked if they had free wifi. They said they did. It cost the 5 dollars. The first room had a toilet that wouldnt flush. The second room smelled like cheep meat and only had one pillow. No shampoo. The front desk said he would bring up a pillow. Six hours later the girl at the front desk said they were out of pillows. Cigarette burns in the sheets.

never again first of all we were unaware that the hotel was going to make me physiclly sick. it was absolutely herendous. I was unaware that it was a smokers room i thought that as of the first of the year that there were no longer smoking rooms available. i woke up along with my boyfriend neither one of us could breathe. the smoke smell was absolutely disgusting. there were cigarette burns in the comforter and the smell was baked into the pillows. there were no available cups to drink water in the morning so therefore we ha... read more

Ants in the Kitchen Woke up to a swam of ants crawling everywhere. The room had food on the floor from a previous stay, the old coffee filter was still in and the coffee pot was dirty. Told the woman at the desk on checkout who did write it down but did not apologize for ask about me.
