too far from downtown I feel it's too far from downtown, and not described as the recommendation from the website.

Not a place we would recommend! We were extremely disappointed in our stay and the condition in which we found our room - it had not been vacuumed and we weren't sure if the sheets were clean or not. However, at 11:00 p.m. we were too tired to change rooms and move our belongings. In the morning, our toilet would not flush and the refrigerator was leaking. Roomy but dirty Cons: room service by request for extra charge; they did not vacuum the entrance lobby once during our three day stay; breakfast is meager compared to comparable competitors; our dressers were dirty. Pros: quiet area, big room

Bad Location and cleanliness The hotel is in a bad location. You cant walk to anything. The closes stores are at least 3 miles away. The linen had hair on them. The bed linen was wrinkled and looked as though someone just used it

UNHAPPY I did not stay there as soon as I walk in I was at the wrong location the service there was awful. never again. i tryed talking to see if I can change the location and they were rude at the Cicero location and Lisle also.

Disgusting/never again Awful. Gross. Filthy. Disgusting. They checked us in to a dirty room...room had definitely been "used" & hotel staff barely apologized for that. They did not have another king room available so we settled for a queen bed. When I asked for a refund of the difference between the king & queen price, she said she couldn't do anything since I booked through a 3rd party. Renovation This hotel is in dire need of renovation and appliances updating. My business partner and I stay in this hotel 3 years ago and the accommodations were not up to par then and today the are worse. The appliances (the television and the carpet especially)are in serious need of updating. Before making a reservation I actually went inside to the front desk and spoke with the clerk on duty and asked if the rooms had been update and she replied "Yes". Disappointing The bed was as hard as the floor. Front desk people acted like they hate their jobs. Hotel was worn down. Will not go back.
