Internet The internet connection was inconsistent on a daily basis. The rooms were clean though.
Good do better It was average. More coffee should be left in the room. The dishes were not clean, they had food stuck on the utensils and a plate.
Generally good. Bathroom not as clean as it should be. Shower curtain odd, did not cover length of bathtub.
Great for the price We booked this room on expedia. It had mixed reviews. But the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The bed was comfy. Totally worth it.

No frills in Naperville First room I was assigned to had no linens on the bed. Just a mattress. Second room was not very clean but I cut my losses and used it. Nice staff. Lots of riff raf staying there though.
Stay was okay Front desk clerk, Renata, was outstanding - very gracious and helpful.
Good value for the cost. Plenty of towels. Nice large frig/freezer. REALLY comfy beds. Just right for a week away from home on a budget. Appreciated the "on the go" breakfast as I was going to work early each day.

Good value in Naperville Nice clean room with no frills. Check-in takes longer than necessary since they make you provide company name (with spelling) reason for your stay, email address? A little intrusive and annoying.
Over charged We had booked the hotel off Expedia and when we arrived the check in staff was to caught up in their personal issues and charged us again for the stay. My husband was very upset and they still have not refunded us the money and it's been almost 5 days
