Fast chek in The young lady at the reception was courteous and professional. Completed the check in process within a couple of minutes with a smile. She needs to be applauded.

Fix door locks. Bring back tea n a sugar canister, don't be cheap. Ppl only eat the maple oatmeal. Throw the rest of that out! Love the front section of building. Please steam clean after guests who lived in rooms for long periods. My toilet kept breaking, no extra room available. Maids not cleaning tub pubic hair everywhere. Please check the tub, do your damn job. I tip if my room doesn't contain pubic hair.

Naperville WI rented an Efficiency room with a kitchen . There were no utensils or cookware. The rooms need repairs an did updating
Although the facilities are old the cleaning staff has to do a better job prepping the room. I realize my comments are at a time where the hotel might be understaffed and the team potentially overworked. So I get it.
