Naperville WI rented an Efficiency room with a kitchen . There were no utensils or cookware. The rooms need repairs an did updating
Although the facilities are old the cleaning staff has to do a better job prepping the room. I realize my comments are at a time where the hotel might be understaffed and the team potentially overworked. So I get it.

It's an okay Hotel. Not the best, but I would have love to have a working lamp and shower head. My room definitely needed work but didn't complain at the time because I was tired from a days work. I paid 173.00 for two days, seemed a little pricey for that kind of room that needed work.
