Bad stay First they gave me keys to rooms to someone was already in twice, hotel smell like chicken and people smoking . Breakfast was a joke. Never staying there again.

Worst front desk staff and services Did not stay as Sergio the front desk attendant could not find our reservation for an hour. Eventually he found it but was unable to tell us which rooms are available. Went to the hotel and left immediately.
Dirty room I don't know if we got a dirty room with the dirty counters, floors, bed sheet and restroom because we arrived late to our check in but it was clearly disgusting. Someone's nail piece was in the restroom and the bed felt extremely itchy when you lay there. Never returning
very very bad stay The room was smelly, the rest areas on highway felt cleaner compared to this mess.

alright Hotel is average. Certain floors smell of smoke. Disappointing.
Arrived late at night and took forever for someone to come to the front desk. When they did they couldn't find reservation. Everything was done on paper....computers aren't a new invention! The bed was hard for my liking and the room had a weird smell. I wouldn't get the hotel again.
