Close to High School for graduation ceremony Least amount of service, surprised that I had to pay for additional bars of internet service. Breakfast was muffin, apple, orange or oatmeal. Room was clean with new floor. Hotel was full of noise. Water, beds and floor creaky, babies crying etc. Reminded me of a rooming house.
stay of no return I had a horrible stay I was over charged by the hotel and was rushed out the next day,

Don't unless you have to poor service and room was not cleaned. Hair all over shower and trash still in trash can

WARNING!!! Dingy Smelly Rooms!! We asked to see the rooms before checking-in because just from the lobby we can see very outdated decor, poorly maintained building, old dingy carpet and a musty smell. Sure enough as we walked through the hallway the smell only worsened – like a combination of food, dirty socks, and smoke. Convenience of a room with stove and refrig I enjoyed my stay because of convenient of stove and refrigerator and being close to stores but to me not worth the money with some of the rude staff and not cleanliness of room.

Naperville West Extended Stay First I asked for two weeks on Expedia and I only got one week. When I tried to put in another week the price was higher. I called the hotel and they couldn't help me. When we got to the hotl we asked them for help and he wouldn't do anything. I told him we can stay at the Red Roof Inn Plus for 5 .00 more he wouldn't do anything.
