Never again!! Where to begin... This is the only hotel I have ever written a review for. It started off poorly when we got to our " non-smoking room" that smelled like smoke. We asked if we could get another room and the front desk girl tells me that she could give us a room on the third floor ( the smoking floor). What?? uncomfortable bedding and thin walls If you like to hear your neighbors and enjoy firm mattresses and small pillows then you might have no problem paying the rate I had to pay.

extended stay naperville very outdated, website states complimentary toiletries and all they had was toothpaste, also they were very surprised that I would even ask

Do not stay here!!!!! The hotel was a disaster. I wished I could have checked out once I checked in. First, I was given misinformation from Expedia regarding a business center that did not exist. The hotel smelled. My room was old and needed updated. The toilet constantly ran, the furniture was falling apart and the walls were paper thin. My key card constantly got stuck along with the windows.

BIG MISTAKE!!! I was in the middle of moving and had to find a place to crash for the night after some paperwork issues with the bank. I had to find a place to stay really quick and did not have time to research hotels. I had stayed at Extended Stay Hotels before and for the price, I thought it was a good option. I paid for the "upgraded" room. This hotel is GROSS! The hallway carpets are stained and the first thing I noticed was the smell. The room smelled like wet feet. The decor is a mix of new and old. Filthy hotel This hotel is extremely dirty. I had to purchase clorox wipes to disinfect the room. I found dried food particles on the dishes. The hallways were not vaccuumed. The hotel staff is not friendly.

Worst Experience Possible I was checked into an occupied room that had individuals performing private acts. I was then checked into the "new" rooms (just a flat screen tv added instead of a box tv). I was walked in on while in the shower by maintenance who overrode my lock on the door. The door privacy lock does not work, you can open the door with it locked. Was awoken at 4:30 a.m. by loud noses and someone trying to come into my room. I had placed a chair in front of the door for security and it was moved when I woke up. R... read more
