Short stay Hotel was decent and clean and the location was great for what we were in town.
Waste of money !!! Room was dirty there was no towels & no shampoo. The front desk told us they were out of shampoo.

Just Enough It was a room for the night within a thirty minute drive to Chicago. Free coffee in morning, a shower and a bed. If you want luxury or to be pampered this is not the place.

Was not able to get a wake up call, the front desk agent was not very helpful. Also called down for towell service ,was told we had to come down & get our own towells. I will not stay at this particular hotel again.

Dirty sheets We made last minute plan and we have been to about 5 hotels in naperville and i guess what do expect for $69 dollars the room was clean the staff was great everything was great but the sheets had hair all over i called the desk and the cleaning staff all went home and he told us he could give us sheets and i just wanted clean sheets so i went to get them and they were so so the sheets were from a smoking room, so thehads strong smell.We will prob not stay never stay here again : (

Stayed here for two nights in May My flight was delayed and arrived at the hotel late. The doors were locked. Called the reception for late arrival check in, "her reply was you better be out of here by 11AM.". I said I have two night reservation. She said, "you sure you made the reservation for this hotel?" Finally after five minutes yells, "the door is open".. Well you can imagine the rest. Very unfriendly staff. Place reeks of fried chicken.
Filthy Hotel and Room The room was disgusting. We chose to not stay and drive home instead od dealing with the horrible room condition.
