Horrible customer service, was told that the front desk was closed. The lobby was dirty, our room smelled terrible.

Bad hotel with bad people Front desk male person working in night shifts gives smoking rooms for non smokers. The room # 131 wasnt cleaned on Sunday - July 17th. There was full of smoke smell in non smoking room and there are people still smoking cigarettes in non smoking rooms which is very distrubing. The front desk person was offering room spray to cleab by ourselves. This is outrageous for people asking customers to clean there own rooms. okay hotel. check in was a breeze. in and out less than 5 min. rooms are small. kitchenette area ok. need to ask for everything. bed was not the greatest but worked for the night. walls paper thin. can hear EVERYTHING going on in next room. volume on tv worked good. basic tv channels. not a good choice for a family but would work for people on a budget or last resort hotel.

Unfortunately, the stay was not pleasurable. While checking in, a woman was asking if someone would remove the panties in the room that weren't hers and clean the dirt pile. In my room I discovered the toilet had a bad wax ring so that water was leaking from toilet and puddling on the floor. The bathroom vanity and flooring had numerous cigarette burns.
