Nice clean hotel, enjoyable stay... the complimentary breakfast could have included more of a selection, but overall at least there was something provided.

Can’t complain considering location and price For the price and location, this was a pretty good experience. Initially we were placed in a room which was not cleaned so the room got switched to another one. Our keys were not programmed for the correct room resulting in another trip to the front desk. Finally we only had one set of towels requiring a third trip downstairs. Ultimately once all that got sorted out things were good for the rest of our stay. Nice room with a kitchen.

Property is conveniently located to O'Hare, and to I-90. Property is older, and in some need of renovation. Staff are friendly, and helpful. Property permits smoking in rooms, which is not pleasant. Mattress is okay, but pillows were very flat, almost like placemats. Room lighting is pleasant, except for overhead fluorescent lighting. Bathrooms are poorly lit, and poorly ventilated. Towels are thick and fluffy, but small.

Room was devoid of any amenities; soap, shampoo, conditioner plus nothing for the small kitchen. No cups or even a small coffee pot. No dishes or cooking appliances of any kind provided. Went to the office to complain and told at first no inventory items available, shortly thereafter a coffee pot and two coffee cups provided. Had to ask again just to get a few plastic cups for the bathroom. Room price was decent but they skimp on everything.
