Can’t complain considering location and price For the price and location, this was a pretty good experience. Initially we were placed in a room which was not cleaned so the room got switched to another one. Our keys were not programmed for the correct room resulting in another trip to the front desk. Finally we only had one set of towels requiring a third trip downstairs. Ultimately once all that got sorted out things were good for the rest of our stay. Nice room with a kitchen.

Property is conveniently located to O'Hare, and to I-90. Property is older, and in some need of renovation. Staff are friendly, and helpful. Property permits smoking in rooms, which is not pleasant. Mattress is okay, but pillows were very flat, almost like placemats. Room lighting is pleasant, except for overhead fluorescent lighting. Bathrooms are poorly lit, and poorly ventilated. Towels are thick and fluffy, but small.

I reserved a room in advance for myself and a friend specifically with two double beds. When we checked in we were told the building was overbooked and we were pushed to the second building which only had one bed. It did have a pull out couch bed, which ended up being very uncomfortable. We were told that our third-party hotels.com probably did not get our reservation to them early enough.
