Habitación muy confortable con area de cocina. En la recepción proveen los accesorios de acuerdo a la necesidad. El desayuno es sencillo y debe retirarse de la recepción para consumirlo en el cuarto.

Close to O'Hare for the right price This was a convenient place to stay when stranded at O'Hare. It's close to the airport (there is an hourly free shuttle), room was large and comfortable enough, continental breakfast had an adequate selection of baked goods and cereal. And the price was right.

Not your typical hotel the hotel was ok don't get me wrong but I wish I know more about it when I booked the hotel. Extended stay for a reason my friends !! your room won't be clean until you reach the 7th day ??? dirty towels YOU need to bring down and give it to the receptionist and she will exchange for a clean set other wise you can keep the dirty towels as long as you want. Not for me .

Desparate for rooms We came very late after midnight with a group of 12 after flights were cancelled, and had our rooms in no time flat. There was enough breakfast and coffee to get on the road in the morning to find food to fill us all up.

Terrbile shuttle policy! The hotel provides one shuttle to O'Hare airport. If the shuttle is full, tough luck..... You order a taxi; unbelievable! Our shuttle was full, I knelt on the floor during the drive to the airport. We will not stay again. By the way, there was glitter on the sticky bathroom floor.
