Fantastic stay! my girlfriend and I went to a concert and decided to stay here for the convenience of being able to walk to the Allstate Arena. We arrived a little early and were told the room wasn't quite ready, which was to be expected, but the hotel manager took my phone number down to call us when the room was ready while we went to lunch. nice room, but substandard continental breakfast- basically basket of muffins/granola bars/fruit and coffee, nowhere to sit

S'Ok It was good, not great, not bad, but good. Location is good for the airport, that's about it.

Nice location near to restaurants and airport Nice location near the airport and restaurants and lake park but the breakfast so poor just coffee and cupcake Which I did not like.

I didnt realize that housekeeping is only once a week, I stayed for 8 days and only got fresh towels on the 7th day and had to make the bed myself, not a major problem but there were cheaper hotels that service the rooms daily

Nice place for the money and location The property is close to the airport and priced reasonably when considering the location and surrounding competition. The amenities are few as it is not a full-service hotel, but restaurants both pricey and economical of all types abound in the area. For the road warrior needing to position for work in the Des Plaines/Rosemont area it is quite acceptable.

Not bad... I was quite satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful. Some disadvantages...free "breakfast" was basically a basket of muffins, another of granola bars, and some coffee. Also, shuttle leaves on the hour (if you reserve) not in between, and they will leave you if you're not on the curb waiting-trust me. They did call a free cab for me but I still got to the airport later than I wanted to. Also, my toilet wouldn't stop running. I told them, but no one ever came to fix it.... read more
