Relaxation Everything was great when I checked in. Receptionist was wonderful.

Renovated rooms Check in before 11pm was a bit inconvenient but the staff was very friendly and the room was renovated. It was a pleasant stay.

Okay Unfortunately our non-smoking room was smoke filled from another room Not a pleasant experience

Conveniently Located by Rivers Casino Close by O'Hare and Rivers Casino. Bed is comfortable. Room has kitchenette w/ fridge which is convenient. The free light breakfast is coffee or hot tea and granola bars. Not bad but don't expect hot food.

Quiet, comfortable hotel. Check in was easy, room was clean and comfortable. Coffee was not available upon arrival, but was made fresh when requested upon departure. Staff was easy to work with.

Okay, other than the bathroom... If you need a decently clean location just to do the 4-S (Shower, Sleep, Shave, and Sh--), this is an A-OK hotel. The room was clean, except the bathroom could have been better (hair in the shower turned my stomach). Also, it would be nice to have cups that are sealed in plastic in the room so that we know they have not been used. But we travel with Clorox and Lysol every time - so no biggie.
