Very nice place to stay but parking fee too much Parking fee was unexpected

Disappointed Book in advance and told at check in that the room I wanted they don’t have. I needed 2 queen, and paid for two queen. They give men 1 king. Not cool. They could try to keep the coffee filled in the morning.

I paid for hotel early and checked in around 2:30 pm. Requested a smoking room on the 3rd floor. I waited till 4pm because was told the maid was not finished with the other floor yet. Then was told to take a 1st floor room near back exit. When I told her I would call corporate, I had to wait to 5pm to get my 3rd floor rm.
