The facility was under staffed and had an unpleasant smell. The staff were doing the best they could to remain pleasant and helpful. For the price, I guess it was to be expected, but I’d never return.

I didn't like I couldn't use the side exits of the hotel with my room key when it was pouring rain. I had to get a new room key every time I tried to open my room door because it would never open and I found someone else's clothes in the drawers in our bathroom.

Not great but they made it work At 2pm on day of check in I received a call saying the hotel was overbooked and they didn’t have a room. My son was in route to pick up a friend from the airport for the weekend concerts in the area. I called back 2,5 hours later and they stated they could accommodate them. Would Have been nice to get a call back so I wasn’t freaking out. Ended up w 2 rooms. And one had no towels or soap. Also breakfast was store bought muffins , granola bars and oatmeal.
