You get what you pay for. Room and Hotel has a bad smell.

Disappointed Book in advance and told at check in that the room I wanted they don’t have. I needed 2 queen, and paid for two queen. They give men 1 king. Not cool. They could try to keep the coffee filled in the morning.

I paid for hotel early and checked in around 2:30 pm. Requested a smoking room on the 3rd floor. I waited till 4pm because was told the maid was not finished with the other floor yet. Then was told to take a 1st floor room near back exit. When I told her I would call corporate, I had to wait to 5pm to get my 3rd floor rm.

The attention of the staff, cleanliness of the room, updates to the rooms compared to other hotels of this same franchise, and location!

Person at front desk was extremely nice! Bathroom was clean but it took a while for the water to drain while in the shower.

On the second floor of the hotel there was a bad smell in the hallway and as well in my room, my rooms bathroom was not very clean
