Book for Cheap But Not For Good Anything Service was mediocre. I was standing at the front counter for about 15 minutes until someone came from the back room to help me check in initially. I was charged a dog fee (which I indeed was aware of prior) and my card was taken to some back room to process this fee. Sweet Getaway Stayed Sweetest Day weekend at this hotel and it was a delight. Clean comfortable room, great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend.

very quiet, very helpful staff. The room needs to be cleaned better. not much of a contental breakfeast
Fair The room smelled like smoke. There was a whole in the bathroom door. Hotel is old. The good is the price, quiet, close to Oak Brook mall, bed was comfortable.

Not what we expected Beds were very stiff, microwave was dirty with pieces of food in it from previous guest. Only 3 bath towels and 2 hand towels, no washcloths......No plates/utensils in room with full kitchen?? Tub was hard to stand in because it curved on the sides to the middle! I will say that the front desk staff was VERY nice to deal with!
Neglected facilities mar hotel experience The room and the 3rd floor had the appearance and smell of a transient hotel. The hallways smelled of cigar smoke and there was construction going across the hall and plaster chunks and dust were in the middle on the hall for the full 48 hours I was there. It was never cleaned. The surface of the kitchen and bathroom floor was either not cleaned or cleaned with a substance that caused your shoes to noisily stick when you walked. Disappointed and too tired to complain I came in for a short nights rest. I was only there 3 hours. I was disappointed some of the room staples werent in the room. Such as pillows and soap. I just wanted to rest, not have to call the overnight attendant and wait for service. When I went to check out, I waited close to 5 mins for the attendant to appear and was unable to find him or locate him by calling; I ended up just leaving my key on the counter.
