The hotel seemed run down, it was having some kind of maintenance issue when I was there. I arrived I had one towel, no hand towel, wash cloth or soap to wash your hands with. I called down & none were available at that time. The office staff was very nice & generally helpful. The refrigerator door was also broken, didn't shut correctly.

Clean My Room I had an 8-day stay and no one ever came by to clean my bathroom. I had read that during an 8-day stay that my room would get cleaned at least once but got no service. Although I reached out to one of the staff about cleaning up the room, the individual said that they would put my room on their list to be cleaned but still failed to come by and clean up my room. This was very disappointing to me.

Extended Stay 1/7/16- 1/9/16 my stay was average. what I didn't like is the fact that upon going in my room after checking in, I found some hair on my bed and and wife and I only had one face towel. I asked for face towels the entire day and kept getting lied too about there being no more clean towels and that someone was going to come in and wash them. I didn't get fresh towels to the next day of my stay! other then that, my stay here was ok.

Room was supposedly just cleaned but the toilet paper was not replace and had very little on it, no extra roll in the room and had to go and get it our selves because it was taking too long for them to bring it up.

Only complaint was the free internet service the worse of any hotel I've stayed at.

I pay for a king size bed and they didn't have any so I got a queen size instead and no refund on the difference
