Clean and Convenient The room was very clean--no musty smell or "hotel" odor. Service was excellent--clerk went out of her way to get us the things we requested. The only disappointment was that the continental breakfast was very basic, but it was sufficient. Being located right next to Meijer's allowed us to supplement the breakfast very easily.

Cincinnati Music Festival The breakfast was basically snacks but, everything else was satisfactory.

No coffee for coffee pot in room. comp brkfst joke Had to ask for a coffee pot to put in the room and there was no coffee to put in the coffee pot . The "" complementary breakfast was even worse.

Girls trip Staff was courteous. I was a little surprised that the rooms were not cleaned daily. I'm used to my room being cleaned everyday and having fresh towels/washrags.

Nice big room Very disappointed that the room was not ready when we arrived. Long drive and we were tired. Not very good overhead insulation. The room above was noisey during the night making sleep difficult.
