Nice Size The size of the room was great. Hotels.com needs to update the continental breakfast listing as breakfast is only Nature Valley granola bars and muffins as it is only a grab and go breakfast.

Great price. Perfect for a larger family. Kitchen was nice and additional items like pots and pans and plates and utensils were availsble. Breakfast was sparce but the free coffee was good.

Three nights in Florence Enjoyed our stay for the three nights we were in Florence, KY. Reserved a total of 4 rooms for our extended family. All rooms were more than we expected; clean, well furnished. Kitchen utensil were brought to our room upon request so we knew they were clean when we first used them. Staff was excellent in helping us with anything we needed. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and will definitely stay here again when in the area.

No shower curtain or towels in my room! No shuttle to airport!

Close to a 24-hr FULL grocery store, but thats it! You won't feel cozy at all. It seems like an older property. Not worth anything over $60/night. "Grab-n-Go" breakfast is a joke. Poor lighting in the rooms. Old electronics, including TV. Parking is scarce and tight. Stay somewhere else. Trust me.

Missing a lot of little things There was tons of trash everywhere. The breakfast was terrible. The key cards kept breaking.

Dated hotel with a high price Check in was delayed 'Coz the staff went somewhere, and its often the case. Looks like the two staff manage the whole hotel. Only 2 towels for 6 people, had to ask for more. Nothing is replaced every day. Only 2 small trash bins for a room with a kitchenette. No room service. The stove is from the 50s, very slow to heat up. The beds were uncomfortable and caused back pain. The lobby is small with a small door leading to the elevator. Can't move the luggage cart.
