The staff was very good location was perfect. We could come and go as we pleased and the coffee was very good.

problems with stay tried 5 times to contact someone about this stay, no one has called me back! paid for room with 2 double beds, for 1 adult and 5 children, only got a 1bed room, had to sleep 3 children on couch with no sheet or blanket! none in room called down said cant help me gave only blanket off bed to children on couch and slept with 2 children and my self on bed with a sheet! then nothing for children to drink in morning except water, only coffee and cookies. Price was less then others, thats it. Our visit started by being informed they do not have breakfast as advertised. I should get a complete refund just for that lie. They do have coffee and plastic wrapped cookies for breakfast. I think the kids had a chemical packet that tries to pass for oatmeal one day too. Staff was friendly, rooms ok mostly clean. Hotel is next to the interstate and under the takeoff path from the Cincinnati airport. You can figure out how that works.

No glasses The front desk stated there was no dishes in the room and to call down on what is needed. It would be brought to me. But there were no glasses or cups either. Called down & got the glasses.

Close to airport Staff was friendly but on floor above us sounded like the circus was up there all times throughout the night. People walking (stomping) from one side to the other moving furniture or something went to desk no one there even when checked out. My wife, son and myself got very little sleep due to noise. Hotel was conveniently located near the airport.

Very Nice Hotel! The hotel room we got was huge with a mini-kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean.
