Roaches all over the counter left and did not get my money back. Had to try to find a place to stay. In up sleep in the car

They made people wait 30-1 hours to check in we noticed same thing for check out no one was in fromt desk counter.
When i checked in i was hit with a unexpected 100$ on my debit card because, i did the reservation through this website. I got to the room already already annoyed, and my rooms bed only had two pillows, and my husband and I had a really rough sleep. The pillows were so flat and uncomfortable. We wanted to shower as soon as we got in the room so we did that... there was no shampoo or conditioner supplied. So we just washed our bodys and not our hair. Never got to stay after booking when we pulled up it was stated to us they had no two beds room available the lady said age tried to call me multiple times but I didn’t receive any call because I would of canceled before 6 so we could get our refund
The property has very poor blinds shielding you from the outside world. Anyone can peep into the room and crowd wasn’t particularly safe

We booked for one night, thinking an "extended stay" would be better than average for a hotel room. But if I was to describe the room in a few words, it would be "prison cell-esque". Very austere, not terribly clean, and the bed was terrible. The staff member was nice, but that's about the only good thing I can say.
