Ideal accommodation for the Cincy area I was in Cincy for the tennis tourney and only need a bed/shower as was gone all day/late at night. Value Place was perfect - so reasonably priced w/great location near BP, places to eat and close to 71. The room was great - spacious, w/full fridge and microwave in the kitchenette. Spacious bed area and bathroom. Very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. I stayed 8 nights and never had noise issues inside.outside. Just an ideal stay for a budget traveller!

Great stay! The staff were very friendly. This is truly an excellent value. Great location with lots of places to eat close by. Easy access to the interstate.

Clean and awesome staff as well as guests!! Everything was great for our visit. It was clean not just in the room but over the whole hotel. As a parent I love that you have to have a key to get in not just the rooms but also past the lobby. The only issue we had is the ac would rattle sometimes but the weather was so nice we rarely had it on. Got towels or sheets when needed. Would definitely stay again.

This is an EXTENDED STAY hotel in a nice area I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The staff was friendly, and it's in a good neighborhood right next to the freeway. Also, the bed was very comfortable. The rates are low, but they also don't offer things most hotels do, like shampoo/conditioner, an ironing board, or a hair dryer. Value Place is typically for extended stay of a week or more. We stayed 4 nights. To access cooking utensils, plates, coffee pot, cups, etc you must pay the weekly rental rate of $29. Stove, refrigerator, kitchen nothing to use...who does that? Office hours on weekends not conducive to guests. WiFi costs $10 to use. One roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Good location close to i275 Great restaurant next to it people where friendly it was a bear bone motel so bring your own necessities but clean and nice, if you want piece and quite stay top floor had a lot of noise above with children but that's typical and that's kids
