Clean and awesome staff as well as guests!! Everything was great for our visit. It was clean not just in the room but over the whole hotel. As a parent I love that you have to have a key to get in not just the rooms but also past the lobby. The only issue we had is the ac would rattle sometimes but the weather was so nice we rarely had it on. Got towels or sheets when needed. Would definitely stay again.

This is an EXTENDED STAY hotel in a nice area I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The staff was friendly, and it's in a good neighborhood right next to the freeway. Also, the bed was very comfortable. The rates are low, but they also don't offer things most hotels do, like shampoo/conditioner, an ironing board, or a hair dryer. Cleaning service is done once per week or by request, which costs extra. There is a kitchenette, but a dish set costs $30. There is no "lobby" per say, just a front counter where yo... read more

Value Place is typically for extended stay of a week or more. We stayed 4 nights. To access cooking utensils, plates, coffee pot, cups, etc you must pay the weekly rental rate of $29. Stove, refrigerator, kitchen nothing to use...who does that? Office hours on weekends not conducive to guests. WiFi costs $10 to use. One roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Once gone..resident has to buy especially if the office is closed. Don't know if VP replenishes or not. Only 1 mirror located in bathroom so with a family of 3 or more, a... read more

Good location close to i275 Great restaurant next to it people where friendly it was a bear bone motel so bring your own necessities but clean and nice, if you want piece and quite stay top floor had a lot of noise above with children but that's typical and that's kids

They made people wait 30-1 hours to check in we noticed same thing for check out no one was in fromt desk counter.

When i checked in i was hit with a unexpected 100$ on my debit card because, i did the reservation through this website. I got to the room already already annoyed, and my rooms bed only had two pillows, and my husband and I had a really rough sleep. The pillows were so flat and uncomfortable. We wanted to shower as soon as we got in the room so we did that... there was no shampoo or conditioner supplied. So we just washed our bodys and not our hair.
