Value Place is typically for extended stay of a week or more. We stayed 4 nights. To access cooking utensils, plates, coffee pot, cups, etc you must pay the weekly rental rate of $29. Stove, refrigerator, kitchen nothing to use...who does that? Office hours on weekends not conducive to guests. WiFi costs $10 to use. One roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Good location close to i275 Great restaurant next to it people where friendly it was a bear bone motel so bring your own necessities but clean and nice, if you want piece and quite stay top floor had a lot of noise above with children but that's typical and that's kids
