It was truly downright scary, and my toilet was broken and leaky. I had to sign myself out and find another hotel quickly.
Could not check in due to power outage and nobody at desk
Literal worst case scenario for traveler I booked and paid for a room. I tried to check in around 2pm (check in is at 3) and they wouldn’t let me. I told them I wouldn’t be able to be back until after midnight. When I return after midnight they tell me they gave my room to someone else/ no rooms available. Since I booked through you they offered no help. Neither did you when they tried to find a new room at 12:30am. You guys couldn’t either.
