The room was warm and dirty, for my needs that wasn't a nig problems until late at night. I had a package of cookies on the nightstand next to bed.in the night i woke up to use the bathroom and went to grab a cookie. When o opened package 2 large cockroaches came out. It was absolutely disgusting. I packed belongings and told them i was leaving. I was told refund couldnt be done at night and would be given in the morning. No one contacted me or refunded money. I called 2 days later and worker was extremely rude

Dissatisfied I have stayed at an extended stay before and they supplied kitchenware....what's the point of renting a room with a kitchenette if u have nothing to cook with smh. I didn't even stay I left about an hr after I got there. Worst experience I've ever had. They didn't even have toiletries. No soap no shampoo NOTHING!!!!

The hallways and room smelled awful, but the worst part were the roaches crawling all over the counter, floors, walls, and bedding. The staff were very kind and apologetic, but well aware of the infestation.

Staff was accommodating upon a late night check in. The floors were not cleaned, the hand two small roaches cross the floor in front of me while getting in the shower. The bed was not comfortable and the room just felt dirty.

Found cockroach in the shower in the bed there was cockroach shell in the bed the bed cover looks like was never change the mattress covers have spots of mildew the room smells just like urine the money was not worth paying I will never go back…and by the way the floor was super dusty
The worst i had to stop my whole plan becouse of this dirty hotel i will never put my feet in this hotel bathroom was completely dirty it was never cleaned and the kitchen the worst roches
