As soon as you got off elevator is smelled so bad like b.o. Blinds we filthy and the back of couch had a half in of dust on it. Everytime the people above us walked is sounded like they we going to come threw the ceiling!!! Never again

the program glitched and ended up booking me 4 rooms for 2 nights , even though the two of us showed up and stayed in two rooms , they did not tell us we had been booked in another two rooms by computer error , Once I realized the mistake and complained the manager only gave me back half of the money effectively stealing $173.68 from me , and said that was there policy .
