Bed too hard! The front desk clerk was excellent. The room was clean and well maintained. Sound came from the room above, and next door to me and made it difficult to sleep. Poor cable tv stations, and the water taste awful. Great location, near movies, dollar store, and plenty of restaurants.

Overbooked? Ridiculous! I call the day of our stay because we were attending a wedding and would not be arriving to the hotel until after midnight. They could not guarantee our rooms after 9p.m. So, we made a special trip there before the wedding (out of the way) Thank god we did because the hotel was overbooked! We witnessed the women giving someone someone's reserved room that did not have a reservation. Staff was rude when we first arrived about reservation, hotels.com had overbooked them. Room was clean and comfortable, walls were pretty thin and could easily hear loud conversation in next room.

Great for a quick overnight stay. Needed a place to stay while on an over the road delivery. Room had plenty of amenities but no frills. Great price. Interesting studio design for the room.

I want my money back. I had to leave and go to another hotel because they had no working hot water, the room had burnt holes and makes in the walls and bathroom. The person working the desk kept disappearing. Very horrible experience.

I booked and paid for 7 days and it was a astage 2 emergency in location and I simply wanted to check in the 2nd day and offered to eat the cost of day 1. however they declined and kept over 400 $$
